1. The service
ETF Portfolio Growth Simulator is operated by Andrea Pizzini (ditta individuale) (Via Schaffer 35, 39012 Merano (BZ), Italia). It offers a free simulator for ETF portfolios. By using the website you accept these terms.
2. No financial advice
The simulator, its results, the example portfolios, the tax information and the broker list are for information and education only. They are not investment, tax, legal or other advice and not a recommendation or offer to buy or sell any financial product. Investing involves risk: you can lose money, and past performance does not predict future returns. Before you invest, consider your personal situation and, if needed, ask a qualified adviser.
3. Accuracy
Returns are reconstructed from published index data and may differ from real fund results. Tax rules are simplified and change over time. Fees and fund data may be out of date. We do our best to keep everything correct but give no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or availability. Please report errors with the "Report an error" link.
4. Partner links
Some broker links are partner (affiliate) links. We may receive a commission if you open an account through them, at no extra cost to you. Brokers are shown local first, then alphabetically; commissions do not influence the order or the calculations. Check each broker's terms, costs and risks yourself, especially for products such as CFDs.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the website or for losses arising from them. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
6. Intellectual property
The design, texts and code of this website belong to Andrea Pizzini (ditta individuale). Index and fund names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify them.
7. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
